Anchovies

What's the deal with anchovies anyways?

Did anyone know that they can go from this:All crunchy, spiney, fishy, oily, boney....

To this mushy, salty, pastey, smooth mess... I'm still scratching my head & trying to figure out what just happened.


Then to this: creamy, salty, tangy goodness?!
Hello caesar salad dressing! And Hello Mr. Anchovy, this may be the beginning of a new relationship...
